1. INFORMATION WE MAY COLLECT FROM YOU
Information that you provide by filling in forms on the Site. This includes information you provide at the time of registering to use the Site, ordering goods and services, posting material or requesting further services (for example, your name, address, telephone number, e-mail address, credit card information, etc.)
Records of correspondence and information you provide to Us if you contact Us via this Site.
Information to improve goods and services we offer and in order to market, advertise or otherwise communicate to you the goods and services provided by Us. We may also ask you to complete surveys that We use for research purposes, although you do not have to respond to them.

To carry out our obligations arising from any contracts entered into between you and Us. Our products are sold through our network of Independent Consultants, except that online shopping is fulfilled and sold directly by Us in connection with an Arbonne Internet Independent Consultant. When you purchase goods or services online from Us for the first time, your contact information is automatically routed to the nearest Arbonne Internet Independent Consultant. Your Independent Consultant will provide you with your Arbonne Identification Number to enable Us to process your order online.
To allow you to participate in interactive features of our service, when you choose to do so.
To notify you about changes to our service.
Arbonne undertakes that it will not sell, transfer or share any Personal Information about you to any third parties outside of Arbonne and its approved partners who agree to comply with the all necessary legal requirements concerning privacy, or under exceptional circumstances as may be required by law or to protect legal rights.
We may also use your data, or permit selected third parties to use your data, to provide you with information about goods and services which may be of interest to you and We or they may contact you about these by post or telephone. We may also contact you by electronic means only if you have consented to this.

We are entitled by law to charge you a fee to meet the costs in providing you with details of the information held about you.
8. GENERAL
We reserve the right at our discretion to make any changes to this Privacy Policy. Any amendments to this Privacy Policy will be immediately effective upon posting on the Site and your continued use of the Site following any such change will constitute your acceptance of such amendments.
