She is responsible for the Customer Service side of the business, including VP Support, and focuses on meeting the needs of Arbonne’s growing Independent Consultant base.

| Coming on board as the CFO, Mark Lehman is a seasoned, senior financial executive who holds an MBA from Rutgers University (United States). Mark joins Arbonne with extensive experience working with consumer product companies — with an emphasis in manufacturing and distribution — and a substantial history of working internationally, in Europe and Asia.

| Brad Wayment came to Arbonne with more than 18 years of experience with direct selling companies, and a wealth of knowledge gained from a variety of strategic management positions. Brad brings his insight and experience, along with BA and MBA degrees from Brigham Young University, to marketing the revolutionary Arbonne products and opportunity. In his Sr. VP of Marketing role, Brad oversees the Business Development, Corporate Communications, Creative Services, Events and Marketing areas of the company.

| Richard joined Arbonne in 2005. Previously, he owned a consulting business specializing in retail, operations, warehousing and distribution. Prior to that, Richard was Sr. VP of Warehouse Operations for Office Depot. He established many of the company’s retail markets, along with its nationwide distribution center network, and helped grow it into a $9 billion company. Richard has been instrumental to the Arbonne expansion operations and distribution upgrades, and is responsible for warehouse and distribution facilities in the U.S., Canada, Australia and the UK. |
| Steve LaHood joins Arbonne's senior management team with a wealth of supply chain knowledge and insight, backed by years of experience in multi-billion dollar enterprises. Steve oversees procurement, product sourcing, inventory management and quality management at the Irvine, California Corporate Office, and his invaluable industry expertise will help build the necessary infrastructure for Arbonne to continue to grow and expand worldwide. |
